Dopamine Dinner!

Rooted in my love of cooking and the joy of shared meals, ‘Dopamine Dinner!’ is a vibrant, conversation-sparking collection designed to transform dining spaces into immersive social hubs. Bursting with playful colour combinations, offbeat patterns, and unexpected compositions, it embraces a quirky, maximalist approach that invites fun and spontaneity to the table. Throughout my degree, I have developed a cross-disciplinary approach to design, playfully combining collage, print, and embroidery to create exciting and unexpected pieces. My deep love of pattern and colour fuels this collection, exploring how these elements—along with food—can bring people together, encouraging connection, laughter, and storytelling over a shared meal. ‘Dopamine Dinner!’ is all about making dining an experience - one that feels bold, joyful, and unforgettable. Sustainability is at the heart of my practice -  I give new life to vintage tableware, creating emotionally durable designs that feel both nostalgic and fresh. Alongside my passion for craft, I embrace emerging technologies, as seen in my success in the Liberty AI project, where I explored how AI and handmade processes could merge to drive a more sustainable future. As I continue to develop my practice, I am committed to designing joyful, immersive pieces.
